We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to support our Curtain Walling and Glazing Contractor team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, assisting with project coordination, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support, including answering calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in project coordination and document management.
• Maintain accurate data records and generate reports as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in office productivity software.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and health and safety regulations preferred.
