Our client is a very successful Contractor who is currently recruiting a Site Agent on a long term contract after winning some major projects.

Site Agent will be required to work a construction site. Applicants must hold a CSCS Card, SMSTs, First Aid and have experience managing and understanding Steel Frame Construction and Civil Engineering / Groundworks packages and ideally come from an Engineering background.

Duties will include:
• Managing the groundworks / Civils and Steel Frame sub-contractors on site
• Checking of works
• Managing health and safety
• Site budget
• Ensure that works are completed to site programme and standard
• Ordering labour, Plant and materials
• Holding progress meetings with sub-contractors and project team and all other associated duties.
