The Client
Our client is a very successful Civils Contractor who is currently recruiting a Site Agent on a long-term contract after winning some major projects.

Site Agent will be required to work on a civils contract.
Applicants must hold a CSCS Card, SMSTS and have experience managing and understanding Construction and Civil Engineering / Groundworks packages and ideally come from a Design and Build background.

Duties will include;
• Managing the Groundworks / Civils sub-contractors on site
• Checking of works
• Managing health and safety
• Site budget
• Ensure that works are completed to site programme and standard
• Ordering labour, plant and materials
• Holding progress meetings with sub-contractors and project team and all other associated duties.
