The client
Our client is a leading Sub-contractor who specializes in Groundwork, RC Frames & Hard Landscaping. They are currently seeking the services of a experienced Site Engineer / Agent who has experience with External works packages on a large development in East London.

The role
The duration will be a 8-10 weeks. The role will include Setting Out using a TS06, looking after all the QA, As Built, & all the management of the site, tool box talks, staff supervision, liaising with the main contractor and attending site meetings. Previous management experience is essential. You will have SMSTS or SSSTS, Laptop with AutoCAD, good management skills together with good verbal & written communication skills. Professional qualification degree or equivalent and valid CSCS Card. Proven track record in a management capacity.

• Degree Qualified
• Professional CSCS Card
• 5 years setting out experience & Knowledge of AutoCAD
• 2 years’ experience Site Management Experience Sub or Main contracting
• Computer literate
