Job Advert: Sub Agent with Water and Utilities Experience

Keyman Personnel, a specialist white-collar recruitment business, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sub Agent with Water and Utilities expertise for a construction company. This position is available on a permanent or contract basis, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to exciting projects in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Take a leading role in managing water and utilities projects, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
Oversee the coordination and supervision of site operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Manage the allocation of resources, materials, and equipment, optimizing their usage and maintaining cost control.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications, standards, and project plans.
Foster a positive team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to site staff.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sub Agent, specifically in the Water and Utilities sector, within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of water and utilities systems, processes, and associated regulations.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources effectively.
A comprehensive understanding of health and safety practices and legislation within the construction industry.
Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and directing a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in the use of relevant computer software and tools.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites across the UK.
