The Client
Our client is a very successful Civils Contractor who is currently recruiting a Site Agent on a long-term contract after winning some major projects.

Site Agent will be required to work on a civils contract.

Applicants must hold a CSCS Card, SMSTS and have experience managing and understanding Construction and Civil Engineering / Groundworks packages and ideally come from a Design and Build background.

Duties will include:
• Managing the Groundworks / Civils sub-contractors on site, checking of works, managing health and safety, site budget, ensure that works are completed to site programme and standard, site budget, ordering labour, plant and materials, holding progress meetings with sub-contractors and project team and all other associated duties.
