We are actively seeking a highly competent Site Agent to play a pivotal role in a prestigious highways scheme. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual with a robust background in highway maintenance, structures, and surfacing, who is ready to lead and deliver projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of highway construction and maintenance projects.
Ensuring all works are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Effective liaison with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Managing and coordinating across multiple sites with a hands-on approach.
Monitoring project progress and implementing strategies to ensure project completion within set timelines and budgets.
Essential Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in highways, preferably having worked as a Site Agent or Senior Engineer.
In-depth knowledge of highway maintenance, structures, and surfacing.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with the supply chain and project teams.
Must hold a valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certificate.
From an Engineering background, demonstrating technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work across multiple sites, demonstrating excellent organisational and leadership qualities.
