We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our client's team; a specialist facades subcontractor. The successful candidate will work closely with the site management team on a large facade project in Liverpool.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the management of the site team, ensuring that all works are completed safely, to the highest quality, and within the project timeline and budget
• Manage and supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they meet project requirements and adhere to the company's standards
• Monitor and control the project's progress, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions
• Liaise with the client, project team, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and updated on project progress and any issues or changes that arise
• Ensure that all documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and site reports, are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain and promote a positive and safe working environment for all employees and contractors on site

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on facades and cladding projects
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation, regulations, and procedures
• A valid CSCS card and SMSTS qualification
• Experience using Microsoft Office and project management software
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
