Assistant Site manager - Cladding
Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an Assistant Site Manager with experience in Cladding to join their team.
As an Assistant Site Manager in Cladding, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in delivering the cladding package on a range of projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Site Manager in delivering the cladding package, including curtain wall, rainscreen, and metal panel systems, to meet the project requirements.
• Monitor and manage the cladding installation programme to ensure that it is delivered on time and to the required quality.
• Ensure that all cladding works are carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety requirements.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure that materials and components are of the required quality and meet the project specifications.
• Carry out site inspections to ensure that the cladding works are installed to the required quality.
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or equivalent in construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction-related role, with experience in Cladding.
• Knowledge of cladding systems, including curtain wall, rainscreen, and metal panel systems.
• CSCS Card, SSSTS, and First Aid certificates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
