Keyman are recruiting for Banksman. We have a number of domestic and commercial clients that are looking to take on Banksman on a contract basis.

Responsibilities
• Direct the movement of vehicles and equipment on-site.
• Use signals and communication to guide operators safely.
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct checks on equipment.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to vehicle movements.
• Collaborate with equipment operators for smooth operations.
• Maintain records of movements and report safety concerns.

Requirements:
• Experience in a Banksman or similar role.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in construction or industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to assess risks.
• Physical fitness and agility.
• Optional: Certification in Banksman signaling.
