What We Do:
At Keyman Personnel, we've been servicing the construction sector and helping people find jobs for over 45 years as a construction recruitment agency, working with companies large and small across the UK.
We've recently been engaged by a market leading construction company, who are looking for a Group Commercial Manager to join the team as they pick up more and more work on prestigious jobs across the UK.
What We're Looking For:
As the company is thriving, the current commercial director is looking to take a more general directorship role within the business, and will naturally need a safe pair of hands to take ownership of the company financials and lead the commercial arm of the business.
With jobs up to £11m in value, and an average order value of £2-3million, the Group Commercial/Finance Manager will have to have previous experience managing a complete commercial team on simultaneous jobs of comparable values. This would include a managing surveyor, senior quantity surveyors, quantity surveyors, assistants & juniors.
Having worked for a roofing or cladding business would be highly beneficial for this role, although we can look at candidates who've worked with general building & tier 1 contractors.
