About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of industrial roofing and cladding projects.
• Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project specifications and timelines are being met.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the industrial roofing and cladding sector.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
