Keyman Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a successful cladding contractor in Gloucestershire. Our client operate in the South-West of England and service a varied client base.

We're looking for a contracts manager to join the team, with the aim of growing and developing with the company, as the current position-holder approaches retirement.

Job Title: Cladding Contracts Manager

Start Date: April 2024

Company Overview: Join the dynamic team in Gloucestershire as we bid farewell to the current Contracts Manager who is approaching retirement. We are seeking a motivated and innovative individual ready to grow and develop with the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing 4-5 simultaneous cladding projects with values ranging from £100k to £2m.
• Ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety and Quality across all projects.
• Providing effective oversight of Site Supervisors in the South West England region.
• Coordinating and monitoring project progress, budget, and compliance.
• Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Required Experience:
• Proven experience in Roofing & Cladding (Standing Seams, Felt Roofing, Single Ply, Built-Up Roofing and Rainscreen systems.)
• Prior experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the cladding or construction industry.

Qualifications:
• Relevant degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Health and Safety qualifications are highly desirable.

Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
