Keyman Personnel is a specialist white-collar recruitment business that has been retained by our client, a reputable construction main contractor company, to identify and attract a suitably qualified and experienced Contract Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple contracts and will be expected to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Managing multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place and that contracts are compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations. • Working with project teams to ensure that projects are executed to the highest possible standards. • Identifying and managing risks associated with contracts and ensuring that they are appropriately mitigated.
Requirements:
• A proven track record of successfully managing contracts within the construction industry. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • A solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulations. • A degree in a relevant discipline would be an advantage.
