In this exciting role, you'll be at the helm of their on-site operations, ensuring projects are executed smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. This opportunity offers the flexibility of freelance work, while contributing to transformative cladding projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage all aspects of the construction process
• Ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to maintain clear lines of communication
• Uphold health, safety, and quality standards on site at all times
• Manage site reports, records, and necessary paperwork

Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a Site Manager, ideally in the GRC cladding or similar sector
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management software
• CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid at Work qualification
