Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of contract execution on a project-by-project basis.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
• Uphold and enforce health & safety regulations.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, particularly within Render & Rainscreen.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, health & safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to effectively manage and inspire a team, even from a distance.
