About the Job:
As a Contracts Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the projects, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with the project design, programme, and regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the daily running of all site activities on large contracts or multiple smaller contracts.
• Managing and supervising operatives, ensuring quality assurance and compliance of installations.
• Controlling and managing plant and liaising with clients to ensure contracts are completed on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conducting project reporting and statutory checks.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Our Client:
Our client operates throughout the UK, with the majority of work currently in the West & East Midlands, South West Severn Region, South Wales, Oxford & Thames Valley, Anglia, and Yorks & Humber.

Qualifications:
• Preferably experience in the industrial and commercial roofing and cladding sector.
• SSSTS/SMSTS qualified.
• NVQ to site supervisor level.
• CSCS, CPCS, Lift Ops Supervisor IPAF, PASMA, and Roofing & Cladding System Training.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with all people, including labour, senior site management, and clients.
