My client is a well-established and expanding sub-contractor who is currently seeking a Site Manager

• Previous experience working within Groundworks.
• Previous experience working at a Site Manager/ Supervisor level.
• Must have a Crane Supervisor Ticket
• supervising contracted staff
• meeting subcontractors
• making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• maintaining quality control procedures
• motivating the workforce
• problem solving
• Using specialist construction management computer applications.
