This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most dynamic and challenging construction projects across the country.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage crane operations ensuring all lifting activities are carried out in accordance with statutory regulations and company policy.
Conduct and maintain regular safety checks and risk assessments to uphold the highest levels of safety on site.
Liaise with project managers and site teams to plan lifting operations and ensure efficient execution.
Provide expert guidance and supervision to all crane operators under your direction.
Maintain clear and precise communication across all levels of site personnel.

Requirements:
• Valid CPCS Card (Crane Supervisor A62) and substantial experience in a supervisory role within the construction sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex lifting operations.
• Strong understanding of current health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying environments.
