Position: Designer with BIM Experience
Company: Leading Facade Contractor Company
Salary: £40,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and functional facade designs.
• Utilize your expertise in Build Information Modeling (BIM) to create accurate and detailed 3D models and drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient implementation of design concepts.
• Conduct regular reviews and revisions to optimize design efficiency and functionality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in facade design and BIM technology.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Designer with a focus on facades or architectural design.
• Proficiency in Build Information Modeling (BIM) software, including Revit, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of facade construction principles and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
