Position: Designer with BIM Experience Company: Leading Facade Contractor Company Location: United Kingdom Salary: £40,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and functional facade designs.
Utilize your expertise in Build Information Modeling (BIM) to create accurate and detailed 3D models and drawings.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient implementation of design concepts.
Conduct regular reviews and revisions to optimize design efficiency and functionality.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in facade design and BIM technology.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Designer with a focus on facades or architectural design.
Proficiency in Build Information Modeling (BIM) software, including Revit, AutoCAD, or similar.
Solid understanding of facade construction principles and materials.
Strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate technical drawings.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
