Our client is a very successful Main Contractor who are recruiting a Document Controller to be based on a project in London. For the right Document Controller there will be 6 months minimum worth of work, with ongoing opportunity and a competitive day rate.
As a Document Controller you would need to:
• Project Administration / Document Control
• Maintain project drawings via EDMS system (4 Projects) and maintain hard copy folders (training can be provided).
• Maintain project filing system (hard copy and electronic).
• Waste management recording of skips and utilities through Smartwaste (training will be provided).
• Oversee induction approvals and system enrolments, uploading paperwork of deliveries, collections.
• Maintain Project Directory.
• Maintain registers for RAMS & Permits.
• Provide support for the site team, producing minutes, reports, presentations etc. as necessary.
