Job Description



We are currently seeking a Freelance Site Manager to oversee a drylining project on behalf of our client, a well-established construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from planning and procurement to execution and delivery.

Key responsibilities include;
• Managing subcontractors
• Overseeing site operations
• Ensuring that work is completed to a high standard and on schedule
• Liaising with the client and other stakeholders
• Managing health and safety on site, and overseeing the installation of drylining systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing drylining projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You should have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as a good understanding of Health and Safety regulations.

To be considered for this role, you must have a CSCS Gold/Black Card, SMSTS, and First Aid qualification, and be able to provide references for previous site management experience.

You should also be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and have experience managing teams of subcontractors.
