Job Description



We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team. Initially joining them on a temporary basis, the right candidate will have the opportunity to transition to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial aspects of ourResidential projects.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other necessary documentation.
Conduct cost analysis and forecasting.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure that contractual requirements are met.
Evaluate and manage subcontractor claims and variations.
Report on project financial performance to senior management.
Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with regulatory and contractual standards.
Essential Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Residential industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Membership with a recognised professional body (e.g., RICS) is desirable.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Adeptness with relevant software tools (e.g., MS Project, CostX, BuildSoft or similar).
