Estimator- Cladding

The main duties of the role are as follows:

Sole responsibility for estimates within the division and small works enquires to support the businesses growth ambitions
Creating and implementing procedures to improve the efficiency of the division and compliment the team
Attending site visits & client meetings to clarify scope of works
Surveying opportunities for costing purposes
Quoting of multiple opportunities across a wide range of disciplines for all external façade, including roofing, refurbishment
Producing quotations which are clear, concise and presentable
Liaising with our procurement department and supply chain to obtain relevant prices
Handovers with small works operations team for successful works
Maintaining and developing new relationships with clients
Supporting major works with roofing bids
Regular reporting into small works manager of pipeline forecasting, resource availability and departmental issue
