Keyman Personnel is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a renowned specialist fabricator and installer of passive fire protection systems on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an industry leader, managing the estimation process for a range of fire protection projects.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing detailed cost estimates for passive fire protection systems, including materials, labour, and equipment
• Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and contracts to provide accurate pricing
• Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify project requirements
• Analysing tender documents and preparing competitive bids
• Monitoring project costs and assisting with post-contract evaluations
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and material costs to ensure accurate estimations

Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Estimator, ideally within the fire protection or construction sector
• Strong knowledge of passive fire protection systems and relevant regulations
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
