We require an experienced Estimator that has delivered Building Envelope projects involving the installation of Rainscreen Cladding, Curtain Walling, Re-Cladding, EWI Etc.

The successful candidate will be a motivated Building Envelope Estimator that provide cost estimates and maintains quality within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years experience working for a Building Envelope Sub-Contractor
• Proven Estimator experience delivering industrial new build projects.
• Familiarity with main contractor operations.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software.
• Strong analytical skills.
