As a Fit Out Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades and fit out work from 1st fix to completion. This will be working on a large New Build project for the Main Contractor. Works would include This includes overseeing a team of trades, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. As a Fit Out Manager you will work closely with the project manager, contractors, and other team members to ensure that the project is completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of the client.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trades team on the site.
• Manage health and safety on site.
• Be Diligent, attentive and strong on procurement.
• Coordinate with other contractors on site, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time.
• Monitor and track project progress, including any changes to scope or timeline.
• Manage and mentor team members,
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:
• CSCS Card and SMSTS
• At least 5 years of experience managing Fit Out projects, including experience managing teams
• A strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively
