About the Role:
Keyman Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Foreman to oversee a new build project for one of our prestigious clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead and manage a dynamic team, ensuring the successful completion of the project on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations
• Manage and oversee a team of workers and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Monitor project progress and maintain high standards of workmanship
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate site records and reports

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Foreman on new build projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Valid CSCS card
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification is preferred
• First Aid certification is an advantage
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
