Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising all groundworks activities, including excavation, foundations, and landscaping.
• Leading and managing the site workforce, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
• Liaising with the project manager, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues.
• Monitoring project progress, adjusting schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Overseeing the use and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Foreman in groundworks or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• A valid CSCS card and relevant certifications.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing scenarios.
