Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of structural projects, ensuring they are completed within the scheduled timeframe and budget.
Coordinate and lead a team of construction professionals, including skilled workers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site, promoting a safe working environment at all times.
Monitor project progress and quality, making adjustments as necessary to ensure high standards are maintained.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Track and report project milestones and communicate updates to the project management team.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Structures Foreperson or a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction methods.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
A proactive and problem-solving approach, capable of addressing challenges efficiently.
