Role Overview: As a Carpenter Foreman, you will oversee and lead a team of carpenters on various construction projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day carpentry activities, coordinating with site management, and ensuring all tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman in the construction industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Valid CSCS card and relevant carpentry qualifications.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
