Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all groundworks activities ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Coordinate and manage the groundwork team, ensuring tasks are executed to the highest standards.
• Engage with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
Essential Qualifications:
• Valid CSCS Card.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Certification as a Temporary Works Supervisor.
Skills & Experience:
• Proven track record as a Groundworks Foreman or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret and work from complex drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
