Keyman Personnel is seeking an experienced Freelance General Foreman to join a well-established civils company on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will oversee all site operations, ensuring that civil engineering projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
• Managing and supervising site teams to ensure efficient project delivery
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations, including groundwork, drainage, and roadworks
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications and health and safety regulations
• Liaising with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate work
• Monitoring progress, identifying issues, and implementing solutions
• Maintaining detailed site records and reporting to senior management

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a General Foreman within the civils or construction industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Thorough understanding of civil engineering processes and site management
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS or SSSTS certification (required)
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work across multiple sites and manage teams effectively
