Keyman Personnel is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the construction industry. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Freelance Groundworker to join our client's team on a variety of projects across the UK.

Job Description:
As a Freelance Groundworker, you will be responsible for all aspects of groundworks on-site, including but not limited to:
• Site preparation and clearance
• Excavation and foundation work
• Laying drainage systems
• Installing kerbs and paving
• Concreting and reinstatement work
• Reading and interpreting site plans

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and within health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other trades and site management to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain and operate plant and machinery safely.
• Complete tasks within set deadlines and budget constraints.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Groundworker in a construction environment.
• CSCS card (essential).
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work on various sites as required.
• Own transport and tools are advantageous.
