Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, your role will involve performing a variety of tasks to ensure the maintenance and functionality of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform basic maintenance on heating, lighting, plumbing, and security systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Safely store equipment, furniture, and materials to prevent unauthorized access and potential accidents.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, promptly addressing identified hazards and reporting serious issues to supervisors.
• Contribute to maintaining the Hotel grounds for optimal functionality.
• Uphold confidentiality and participate in training and development activities as required.

Core Duties:
• Conduct routine inspections and procedures for building equipment, such as pumps, batteries, and window blinds.
• Replace light bulbs and tubes and perform first-line repairs within the scope of an unskilled handyman.
• Ensure drains and gullies are clean, addressing blockages promptly.
• Identify repairs beyond non-maintenance staff competence and report to the Line Manager.
• Direct and inspect work of contractors for repair and maintenance tasks.
