Salary: £35,000 per annum

Keyman Personnel, a leading specialist white collar recruitment business, is currently seeking a Construction Health and Safety professional to join our client, a reputable Principle Contractor, on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures for construction projects.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Identify and assess potential hazards and risks, and recommend appropriate control measures.
Provide advice and guidance to project teams on health and safety matters.
Conduct incident investigations and provide recommendations for preventive measures.
Deliver health and safety training programs to promote awareness and compliance.
Keep up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry best practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Health and Safety professional.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of Principle Contractor responsibilities.
NEBOSH or equivalent certification in health and safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Salary and Benefits:

Annual salary of £35,000.
