Title: SHE Advisor with Thames Water or Similar Project Experience

We are a leading construction company looking for an experienced SHE Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have previous experience working on Thames Water or similar projects.

Responsibilities:

Providing guidance and support to the project team on all matters relating to Safety, Health and Environment (SHE)
Developing and implementing SHE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and company standards
Conducting risk assessments and producing method statements
Delivering SHE induction training and toolbox talks
Investigating incidents and accidents and producing reports
Requirements:

Previous experience as a SHE Advisor on Thames Water or similar projects
NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
Good knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry best practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full driving licence
Salary: £50,000 per annum
