• Lead investigations into accidents or near-miss incidents, ensuring all reports are documented and corrective actions are taken.
• Provide staff training and guidance, promoting a safety culture across all levels of the organisation.
• Collaborate with management to integrate health and safety goals with the company’s broader sustainability and Net Zero objectives.
• Act as the key liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sectors.

• Relevant qualifications (NEBOSH or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate at all levels.
• Ability to work proactively and independently, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Experience with Precast Concrete would be highly beneficial, although not necessarily essential.

• Opportunity to work within a progressive and innovative company.
• Career development and training opportunities.
• Involvement in large-scale projects with a focus on sustainability and safety excellence.
