Working for an award winning landscaping contractor, we are looking for a Soft Landscaping Supervisor to supervise and lead teams of Soft Landscapers on newly built high end gardening projects.

Supervise and lead a team of landscape technicians in the implementation of soft landscaping projects.
Coordinate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain high-quality workmanship and adherence to horticultural practices.
Enforce health and safety regulations, promoting a safe work environment.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in soft landscaping and supervisory roles.
Strong knowledge of horticulture and landscape construction techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read landscape plans and specifications.
Proficiency in operating landscaping tools and machinery.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
