Working for an award winning Landscaping Contractor. We are seeking a skilled Soft Landscaper to design, install, and maintain softscape elements in outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate has a passion for horticulture, strong plant knowledge, and the ability to create beautiful and sustainable landscapes.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement softscape projects, considering client preferences and project goals.
Select appropriate plants based on site conditions and aesthetics.
Perform planting, soil preparation, and maintenance tasks for trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass.
Install and maintain irrigation systems for proper plant watering.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
Communicate professionally with clients and collaborate with team members.
Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of soft landscaping experience.
Strong plant knowledge and design skills.
Understanding of horticultural practices and irrigation methods.
Physically fit and able to work in various conditions.
Attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Formal training or certification in horticulture or landscape design is a plus.
