We are seeking a skilled and experienced High-End Gardener to join an award winning Gardening, Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Contractor.

As a High End Gardener you will take responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the gardens of our prestigious clientele.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and possess extensive knowledge of high-end gardening practices, plant care, and landscape design.

The High-End Gardener will be responsible for;
• Creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces that showcase impeccable attention to detail, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their gardens.
• Create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces with attention to detail.
• Perform garden maintenance tasks such as pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.
• Implement integrated pest management strategies and adjust watering schedules.
• Oversee the installation of new gardens and enhance existing ones.
• Develop seasonal maintenance plans and provide expert advice to clients.
• Cultivate positive client relationships and ensure high-quality service.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in high-end gardening.
• Extensive knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscape design.
• Ability to read and interpret garden designs and landscape plans.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
