Role Overview:
As a Freelance Multi Trader, you will be responsible for performing a range of trades to a high standard on various sites. This role requires a versatile individual with a broad skill set, capable of delivering quality workmanship in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and other general building tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out a wide range of trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and decorating.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within specified timeframes.
• Work independently or as part of a team to deliver projects on time and to the satisfaction of the client.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, site managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on job progress.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Multi Trader in the construction or maintenance industry.
• Proficiency in multiple trades, with a strong emphasis on quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own tools and transport.
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are desirable.
• Valid CSCS card and a full UK driving licence.
