About the Role:
Keyman Personnel is seeking a versatile and skilled Freelance Multi Trader to join a respected construction firm. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a highly capable tradesperson to work on diverse construction projects across the UK.

Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and painting
• Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installations to a high standard
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and project teams
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage your own workload effectively and meet project deadlines
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and colleagues

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a multi trader in the construction industry
• Proficiency in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and painting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications in various trades
• Own tools and reliable transport
