About the Role:
Keyman Personnel is seeking a skilled Performance Analyst (KPI) to join our client's Suffolk Highways contract in Ipswich. This freelance role is part of the Efficiency and Performance Team, which focuses on overall contract performance, quality, business improvement, social value, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively monitor and report on key performance indicators across the contract to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Analyse data from various workstreams, identifying trends and informing key stakeholders.
• Assist the Programme Manager with monitoring cyclical maintenance programmes, including supply chain management.
• Produce reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Support the development and implementation of digital dashboards across the business.
• Collaborate with Operational teams to develop and implement efficient processes, aiming for continuous improvement.
• Assist Operational and Scheduling teams during high-demand periods and adverse weather conditions.
• Aid the Efficiency & Performance Manager with business improvement projects and overall contract performance.
• Develop data reporting tools to ensure accessibility of key performance data across the business.
• Assist the Social Value and Communications Manager in effectively communicating programmes of work to different stakeholders.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills, with confidence in handling large data sets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with digital dashboards (particularly Power BI) is desirable but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with works management or asset management software.
• Confidence to escalate performance concerns or challenge when necessary.
