Working for a Building Envelope contractor. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Cladding projects. As a Project Manager you will have to plan, executing, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Must have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of building envelope systems, and a track record in construction project management.

Responsibilities:

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or conflicts.
Control project costs and optimize profitability.
Lead project teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Manage client relationships and provide regular updates.
Requirements:

CSCS Card
SMSTS
Proven project management experience in the building envelope industry.
In-depth knowledge of building envelope systems.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of construction contracts and regulations.
