As the Freelance Project Manager, you will be responsible for steering the project from inception to completion, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving strategies
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure adherence to client specifications and industry standards
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety awareness among the workforce
• Prepare and present progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the curtain walling or construction industry
• A relevant industry qualification, such as a degree in construction management, architecture, or civil engineering, is highly desirable
• A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification
• First Aid at Work qualification
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
