About the Role:
Keyman Personnel, on behalf of a leading client in the groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Freelance Project Manager. This role is pivotal in managing and delivering large-scale construction projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all phases of groundworks and RC frame projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project progression.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the company’s standards and project specifications.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically within groundworks and RC frame sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
