About the Role:

As a Freelance Project Manager within our client's organisation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of facade construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role demands a combination of technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and implementation of facade construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Ensure strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors, maintaining open and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically with experience in envelope contracting.
• Strong technical knowledge of facade systems and materials.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• A qualification in project management, construction management, or a related field is desirable.
