The Client

Our client is a very successful Groundwork and RC Frame Contractor who is currently recruiting a Site Agent on a long-term contract after winning some major projects.



Site Agent will be required to work on Commercial Property construction sites. Applicants must hold a CSCS Card, SMSTs, 1st Aid and have experience managing and understanding Construction and Civil Engineering / Groundworks packages and ideally come from a Groundwork and Rc Frame background


Duties will include managing the Groundworks / Civils sub-contractors on site, checking of works, managing health and safety, site budget, ensure that works are completed to site programme and standard, site budget, ordering labour, plant and materials, holding progress meetings with sub-contractors and project team and all other associated duties.
